Getting my July post in at the last minute ...

Well, it's been quite a long while, as I am quite a lazy blogger. My trip to the Grand Caymans was great, albeit extremely hot - though not quite as hot as it is outside right now. That's why I'm sitting in my air-conditioned apartment updating my blog.

Unfortunately, my digital camera is on strike. So I bought a crappy disposable camera and got a photo CD with my pictures from Grand Cayman. These pictures remind me of why I will never be a professional photographer, and also why you get what you pay for when you buy a crappy $6 digital camera. Half the pictures I took were obscured by my thumb, and the other half were too blurry and/or grainy to comprehend. But, I'm nonetheless posting a few of my best shots here because I don't like having my blog posts look "too gray."

OK, actually I'm too stoopid to figure out how to change the size of my photos in iPhoto in order to get them down to decent displayable size. But this one of me, my sister and cousin was already small enough. My sister and cousin came to visit me a few weeks ago and spent an entire week here. This picture was taken at WildWater West - it's kind of a ripoff, actually. I don't recommend it, but if you're entertaining guests in Sioux Falls, you'll probably have to take them there because there aren't many other options.
